Shrimp and Chocolate: What a Day!

This is where Janet took me for my birthday and it was a wonderful place to celebrate; it's called Mohonk Mountain House. It is a historic landmark and you feel as though you've taken a trip to Europe - beautiful scenery, interesting history and plenty of scrumptious shrimp and chocolate; who could ask for more? In addition, it was a gloriously sunny and cloudless day so we could see for miles, which isn't always the case in the mountains.
