The First Fruit (Well actually its a egg)
Today I was greeted by the first sight of a egg from my Red Star chickens which I have raised over the past five months. The best thing about this egg is that it means that countless dozens more are to come.
In marble walls as white as milk,
Lined with a skin as soft as silk,
Within a fountain crystal clear,
A golden apple doth appear.
No doors there are to this stronghold,
Yet thieves break in and steal the gold.
Lined with a skin as soft as silk,
Within a fountain crystal clear,
A golden apple doth appear.
No doors there are to this stronghold,
Yet thieves break in and steal the gold.
Now, my turn.
A box without hinges, key or lid
Yet golden treasure inside is hid
Let us give us a chance, my precious.
Eggs!
Eggs, it is!
Oh, bother!
A box without hinges, key or lid
Yet golden treasure inside is hid
Let us give us a chance, my precious.
Eggs!
Eggs, it is!
Oh, bother!

Entertainment Under The Big Top
Tonight Dad, Mom, Maryella, and I all went up to Stanfordville and were highly entertained by the acts and antics of the Vidbel Circus which had came to town. Among the many acts, clowns, horse riders, aerial trapese, acrobatics, a human slinky, magicians, and highly trained dogs, was a sense of general enthusiasum among the small town folk.

Isaac's 26th Birthday Party
For the first time since he was nineteen, Isaac was able to celebrate his birthday at Bentley Farm. Amongst a meal made by his wife, cakes from his mother, presents from friends and family, and plenty of laughter and conversation, everyone had a good time, especially the birthday boy.
